Shipping Information
Omni Reptiles care about the health and safety of your animal(s). We carefully pack all animals accordingly in certified boxes, lined with quality insulation and heat/chill packs to protect them from critical temperatures. We carefully monitor weather conditions between destinations to refrain from any delays or unsafe conditions. If we feel that it is unsafe to ship any animal(s) we will contact you for further arrangements.
We ship all of our Live Animal order via FedEx priority overnight. All of our orders require a signature at the shipped destination. If nobody is available to accept delivery, you can choose to have the package held at FedEx for pick up. Please be aware, that once a package is shipped, it is difficult to change the destination.

FedEx usually delivers by 10:30am. Though, other areas are guaranteed by 12:00pm or by the end of the day. In some cases (rare), FedEx can take two days to get to customers in rural areas. When this does occur, the Live Arrival guarantee is void.
Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as it is available to us. This is usually no later than 8:00pm.
Please be aware: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please arrange to have the package sent somewhere it can be safely delivered (with signature) or have it held at your nearest FedEx location.
FedEx does not deliver on any major holiday.
Omni Reptiles does not sip out of the United States.
Wildlife Laws: Each U.S. State has countless wildlife laws, and we strive to obey each and every one. We will certainly not knowingly ship any reptile, amphibian, or invertebrate in violation of any federal, state, or local law. Please research your laws before placing an order with us, and do not ask us to make an exception.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be easily cancelled before shipment. However, if the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made.
